Autumn has nearly arrived... As the last hot days of summer have been giving way to the cool, crisp breezes of autumn, Mother Nature is starting to don its magnificent tapestry of fiery colors, ushering in a season of transition and transformation. This autumnal equinox, the celestial event marking the official arrival of autumn, holds a unique place in our hearts and spirits. For me, it just feels different. It feels more GRAND, more ALIVE than ever. This year autumn starts on September 23, 2023 and it ends on December 22, 2023. It also begins in the Libra season or sun sign, which is often known to represent balance, equanimity and harmony. As we prepare to welcome this special equinox, sense it in yourself how it beckons us to pause and reflect, not only on the physical changes occurring in the world around us but also on the profound metaphors it offers for our inner lives. As each season represents a stage of life within ourselves, the spiritual meaning of the autumn equinox represents a beautiful becoming, where we embrace the harvest of our efforts and express gratitude for the abundance in our lives. I have to share here that...towards the end of this summer, I was guided by my higher self (soul/essence) to start recording these stillness sessions each Saturday and made a commitment to continue this practice weekly for these remaining five months of the year (making these Stillness audio recordings available online to those who are seeking more inner balance in their daily life). I was made aware that the hidden power is in the actual transmission (each guided audio practice has special Elohim songs to complement it and it is professionally recorded in the studio here at the Lotus Heart Centre.) Here is the link so you can access these full recordings containing the audio stillness guided practices with Elohim song transmissions. I was not thinking of this awesome Autumn Equinox energy at the time, simply following the inner guidance. And here it is, now, a couple days before its official arrival...and I am typing away these Equinox messages and inspirations streaming in for all of us. The Equinox's Message of Balance We know that the autumnal equinox occurs each year when the sun's rays strike the Earth directly over the equator, creating nearly equal amounts of daylight and darkness. This celestial event offers a compelling message of balance—a reminder that equilibrium in our lives is essential. Nature's symphony of colors, shifting from lush green to fiery reds and golds, serves as a metaphor for the balancing act we all must perform. We are now called to reflect on the equilibrium within our own lives, acknowledging the all dualities and contradictions we must navigate. Harvesting the Fruits of Our Labor Autumn, in all its splendor, is also intrinsically tied to the concept of harvest. It is a time when farmers gather the fruits of their labor, a culmination of months of nurturing and tending to their crops. This physical act of harvesting finds its resonance within our inner selves as well. Throughout the year, we sow the seeds of our intentions, invest our time and energy into our pursuits, and patiently wait for the fruits of our labor to manifest. This autumnal equinox signifies the moment when we gather these manifestations, take stock of our accomplishments, and like the diligent farmer, appreciate the abundance we have nurtured. Gratitude as a Guiding Light The act of harvesting, whether of crops or life's achievements, is always imbued with an inherent sense of gratitude. It is a moment of recognizing the inherent interconnectedness of all life forms and the blessings bestowed upon us. Just as the farmer is grateful for the sun, rain, and soil that have nurtured the harvest, so must we express gratitude for the myriad of factors that have contributed to our own abundance. Gratitude, often described as the attitude of thankfulness, is a guiding light that can illuminate our path. Navigating the Season of Letting Go In the grand tapestry of life, autumn is also a season of letting go. Trees, shedding their leaves in brilliant hues, teach us the wisdom of releasing that which no longer serves us. It is a poignant reminder that sometimes, in order to move forward, we must shed the old and embrace the new. The autumnal equinox offers us an opportunity to evaluate what we may need to release in our own lives. It could be habits that hold us back, relationships that no longer nourish us, or attachments that limit our growth. Celebrating the Inner Becoming As we celebrate the abundance of the autumnal equinox, we are also celebrating our own inner becoming. Life is a cyclical journey, and each season, like each stage of our lives, offers its unique gifts and challenges. In the fall, we are reminded that change is not to be feared but embraced. Change signifies growth, transformation, and ultimately, evolution. The act of harvesting and expressing gratitude at this equinox is a practice that can nourish our spirits. It reminds us that we are part of a vast and interconnected web of existence. Just as the harvest is a result of countless natural processes working harmoniously, our lives too are shaped by an intricate interplay of circumstances, efforts, and intentions. Embrace the Beautiful Becoming This autumnal equinox is more than a celestial event marking the change of seasons. It is a spiritual opportunity to connect with the rhythms of life. Let us allow it to teach us that balance, harvest, and gratitude are not just external rituals but internal states of being. Let us allow it to encourage us to embrace the beauty of becoming, to appreciate the abundance in our lives, and to let go of that which no longer serves us. Like the vibrant leaves that are starting to swirl and dance in the autumn breeze, we too can celebrate the colorful tapestry of our lives. This equinox invites us to stand in the midst of this grand tapestry and marvel at the beauty of our existence, both in its fullness and in its ever-continuing transformation. LOTS of love,
Cezarina
