Cezarina's Mindfulness Notes: Self Love at Sunrise & Self Love at Night Fall can be a daily potent embodiment practice to follow...start in this moment with simple easy gestures when you wake up. Your body is a sacred container needing your attention, so take a few moments to pour love and affection into this physical vessel. Hugging yourself gently, caressing hands and arms and/or massaging your body are simple ideas to try as you linger for a few extra minutes in the warm bed...see what lights you up as you create your own ritual. After you do this in your physicality, remember to address it emotionally and mentally as well. Throughout the day, start to feel fascinated with who are becoming now...start appreciating each step you are taking in this new journey... in each new breath...use affirmations (like 'I am lovable', I am crazy beautiful...'), and then, go on and admire your face in the mirror (it is the Face of the Divine One)...stay there and savor the fullness of what shows up. Do not rush this. This morning practice is essential to strengthen your basic layers of True Embodiment that we are weaving here. At night, before falling asleep...same thing...similar self love routine to feel love and accepted by Life itself, by the Entire Cosmos and ultimately...by your own self (this mind-witnessing presence accompanying your journey).
