Yoga therapy online sessions (gentle yoga on the mat or chair yoga, and yoga therapy flow)

Gentle Yoga group classes in person are $15 per class. Discounted prices $50 for 4 sessions a month attendance. Payments are accepted in cash & e-transfers.

Private energy healing sessions are customized according to your needs. Price for one 60 min session with sound therapy integration is $75. If a session of 75 min or 90 min is desired, please connect to receive updated pricing. Payments are accepted in cash & e-transfers.
