We begin with the foundation, the Core of our Being indide the belly...this is the Realm of the Mystery of Life. A superintelligent field awaiting companionship resides here and it reveals itself only in the present moment. Our perceptions ans sensitivies are buried and shamed inside this body. We use specific gentle practices to find the emotions that live in this physical body and then we bring in sounds to caress the inner landscape, we take time to listen to each body story to be able to deeply understand our emotional nature, to feel the sense of inner security of Being while we dissolve old ideas and soften the mind's grip. Each person is encouraged to begin a daily practice where they stop looking out and they start going in deeper and deeper each time.
