I AM grateful to my dear friend Tina Kreidler for inspiring the idea for an End of the Year 2019 practice & ritual to give us all the felt experience  of fully digesting any "unintegrated energy" throughout  2019.  I had originally started to record an audio for this inner journey two weeks ago, but then I arrived in Hawaii...for the first time in this life time. Each moment here on the Big Island built into a new awareness of how to Create this Visual Journey from the BEAUTY and STILLNESS of these glorious landscapes.
