Begin by choosing a quiet space to allow your body to fully relax. Grab an eye pillow, a bottle of water for hydration after the session, a soft blanket and pillow and USE the SONG in the video below to start
receiving the new frequencies coming in as we begin the Transmission.
The Inner Child Quantum Energy Transmission will begin promptly at 12 Noon EST.
I will begin focusing my energy on those who registered for this remote session...you will be in your bed or lying on your couch (relaxing), so set aside between 44 min-1 hour of uninterrupted time for yourself for this Inner Journey... simply observing the energy in your own body. As we begin, please take time to listen to each breath wave moving through your body, inviting you to feel a sense of inner security of Being... Allow any memories of childhood that emerge in the moment (during this transmission time) to come up into your awareness, feel it deeply and with compassion, then offer it up to be dissolved along with any old programs from within your little child's energetic template.
I recommend extra water for hydration after this remote energy session ...and if your body feels tired, take a little rest (we are upgrading your entire "inner child template" and shedding old energetic programming).
Once you are able to do this... We can go deeper now into the layers of inner child reconnection, healing and integration... to open up communication
with our Higher Self.
