The retreat flow structure includes:
- Intentional progression: Our weekend retreat begins with intentional disconnection from the outside noise (Friday evening and Saturday morning) to co-creating a Space of Inner JOY (Saturday mid-day) then follows with Chaos reframing (Saturday afternoon) and builds momentum into Sustainable Joy Planning (Sunday morning).
- Variety of experiences: We have incorporated multiple modalities including vibrational sound healing, creative movement, nature connection, creative art expression, and community building to address different learning styles and preferences.
- Balance of structure and space: The schedule includes dedicated rest periods and optional activities to prevent overwhelm and allow for personal integration.
- Practical takeaways: Sunday focuses heavily on creating tangible tools that our retreat participants can implement in their daily lives after the retreat ends.

If Private Accommodation is requested, price is $599 CAD plus HST
