She is an ICF Certified Life and Wellness Coach, Mindfulness & Lifestyle Coach & Poet ~RCYT, E-RYT 200 Yoga & Meditation Teacher/Trainer and Founder of the Mirador Yoga & Creativity Coaching School RCYS, Visionary Artist using Elohim Light Language codes and songs to transmit to others the Radiance of their own Inner Wholeness. She has facilitated retreats and workshops in West Africa, New Zealand, Canada, Romania, Italy & USA utilizing a a combination of her embodiment practices from her original MIRADOR Coaching Model Toolbox. She loves supporting others in their journey of bringing more LIGHT-ness, child-like magic, more ease and flow to each moment while 'lighting them up' from the inside with positive energy and enthusiasm. |
Cezarina was born with the gift of singing with a pure heart. Her Romanian grandmother was a retired teacher who journaled a lot and kept track of Cezarina’s first songs as a baby humming and pointing to the stars at night. Her parents enrolled her into a Special Music School to study violin at age five and she also took voice lessons throughout her childhood and youth and participated in national singing contests. At age nine (four decades ago) Cezarina won a prestigious national singing competition by guiding a gentle yet profound opening of hearts while singing a Romanian ballad to an audience of several hundred people. Many predicted then that her work in the future was to heal others through her angelic voice. After being asked to present a national show for children for a while, Cezarina decided to end that contract before age ten and dedicate her time composing positive music and learning to play guitar to uplift others. Later, as a first grade schoolteacher at age 19, she moved to USA and became interested in the benefits of yoga, meditation and creativity; ever since, she has found her mission in uplifting and inspiring others through music, movement, new education paradigms, art and creating community with many new facets of Wellbeing in mind. Cezarina has been a vocalist for four decades, she is certified in yoga and meditation since 2011, ICF Certified Life & Leadership Coach since 2009, a Mindfulness Teacher, ICF Certified Wellness Coach since 2011, Founder of Mirador Yoga & Creativity School RYCS since 2014. Cezarina has been actively using sound therapy instruments along with her Mirador School Yoga training modules for adults and children since 2011. The Harmonics Embodied Access Resonance Therapy is the name of Cezarina’s own modality of using sound & vibrational therapy (blending singing, spoken word and sounds of instruments) to bring each client back into a harmonized state of being so they can access a clear state of Inner Resonance with their Highest Soul potential in the moment.
