Take a Magical Inner Journey to Relax

The beginning of this beautiful inner journey for children or your inner child was inspired by my magical friend Emma (8 years old) who shared with us her gifts of imagination after relaxation time in our yoga circle. I always ask the children about their inner visions while they relax and Emma got a glimpse of the emerald wind dragon resting in a cave ... then as she left my studio that evening... late October...her magical vision followed me all night for hours and new story words flowed unto my notebook. I recorded those magical words and  then searched for someone to create the music. It turned out that he showed up all the way in Hungary.
